Repairs: Workshop and FixToSell orders created in the period, as on the wall. FTE-days: planned workshop hours on the current schedule ÷ 7.5, with the 50 % rulings. Repairs per FTE = repairs ÷ FTE-days, the same full-day figure the wall shows at closing.
Product on projects: Workshop Projects created in the period (not deleted, not cancelled, open and closed alike) and the share that have a product, a product line with a product id or a SKU. Target 95 %; green from 95, red below 75. The product is read as it stands now, so fixing an old project in Omnium raises that past period. The wall shows the same share for this year to date. Last year is not like-for-like here either.
Periods run over complete days, through yesterday. WTD starts Monday, MTD the 1st, QTD the quarter start. Custom takes any range up to yesterday; its comparison is the block of the same length just before it (whole weeks back when smoothed).
Smoothed (default): the comparison is shifted by whole weeks so weekdays line up (previous week 7 days back, previous month 4 weeks, previous quarter 13 weeks, last year 52 weeks), and every point in the chart is a rolling 7 days: repairs over the last 7 days ÷ FTE-days over the same 7 days.
Strict: calendar dates. Previous period = the same number of days from the start of last week, month or quarter; last year = the same dates. Points are single days (7-day blocks for QTD).
Last year: Not like-for-like yet: in mid-2025 about 20 stores had workshop orders in Omnium, today about 34, and Emexx orders only reached full volume in October 2025. Chain-level growth mostly measures that rollout.
Every night at 23:55 the backlog of each workshop is stored with its stages, groups and age. Before 17 September 2026 there are weekly points only, rebuilt afterwards from Omnium as of each Sunday 23:59; those carry the total, not the split by stage.
